Delivery and returns
Christmas delivery: order the Christmas Print Pullover by December 7 for estimated delivery by December 25. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. For the other sweaters, check the product page, and do not count on Christmas delivery unless a date is shown.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
Fit or change of mind: return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Questions
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code at checkout. HOLIDAY15 applies only to the Christmas Print Pullover. HOLIDAY10 applies only to the Confetti Accent and Green Embroidered Patch sweaters. Both codes are valid from October 27 to November 30.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery depends on the item. Estimates are shown on product pages and are counted from the day your order ships. You will get a tracking number by email.
Can I return a sweater?
Yes. Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full.
