Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days of placing the order. The delivery window shown on each product page is an estimate, not a guarantee. During November and December, carriers are busier, and delivery can take longer.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $40 or more ship free.
- Shipping on orders under $40 is calculated at checkout.
The final shipping cost appears at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships, usually within 1 to 2 days of processing. If tracking has not updated for 5 days, email us.
Orders that ship in more than one package
Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address at checkout. We can update it only before the order ships, so contact us right away at support@realdealsupplyco.com. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it is still missing, or if it arrives damaged, email support@realdealsupplyco.com within 14 days, and we will work with the carrier and either replace the item or refund you.

1. About these terms
This website, realdealsupplyco.com, is operated by Real Deal ("we," "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent's or guardian's permission to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizing can vary by style, so please check the size information on each product page. We may update or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and third-party payment processors, and we never see or store your full card number. We may correct pricing errors, and if a price was listed in error, we will contact you and offer to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order; for example, if an item is out of stock, an address cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
6. Promotions
Promotional offers, including the $10 off offer that ends November 20, 2026, apply only as stated, may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise, and can be changed or ended by us at any time before you place an order.
7. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its operation, using it for fraud, or using automated tools to scrape or copy it.
9. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, logos, and our own photos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
10. Disclaimer
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent the law permits. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
